Ocular Prosthetics

Our Ocular Prosthetics Clinic has dedicated doctors who are residency-trained in managing patients with scars, disfigured eyes, or other ocular abnormalities.  An ocular prosthetic, or artificial eye, is used to aid in normalizing the appearance for a patient following events such as trauma, enucleation, evisceration, or orbital exenteration.  Through our internal fabrication and fitting process, our doctors are able to make ocular prosthetics that fit over an orbital implant and under the patient’s eyelids.
