Clinincal Care Coordinator

Dr. Tom Sigrist graduated from Northwestern University Dental School in May of 1971. During dental school he had enlisted in the United States Air Force. Upon his graduation, he served for two years as a captain and dentist at Offut Air Force base in Omaha, Nebraska. Following his service in the Air Force, Dr. Sigrist committed the next two years of his life serving Wycliffe Bible Translators in Peru, S.A. He and his wife lived in the jungle compound of Yarinacocha. He would service the missionaries and their families and also be flown out to remote tribes and provide dental care to them. At the end of 1975, Dr. Sigrist and his family returned stateside. He practiced general dentistry in Stanley, WI. They raised two daughters and adopted a Korean boy when he was 10 months old. His general practice was viable until 1997. At this time, Dr. Sigrist sold his practice and moved to St. George, UT. He established Santa Clara Dental. Dr. Sigrist practiced general dentistry there until August of 2010. He is now delighted to reside in Sun City West with his wife and serve M.W.U. as a clinical care coordinator.
