Teresa Brobeck, Ph.D., CCC-SLP

Clinical Associate Professor

Dr. Teresa Brobeck earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Speech and Hearing Services at the University of Iowa in Speech and Hearing Sciences and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Indiana University. She has been a licensed speech-language pathologist for over 30 years and has worked in a variety of settings, including academic, acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, home health, and sub-acute care.

Dr. Brobeck has significant clinical, teaching, and research experience and interest in areas of medical speech-language pathology, including adult neurogenic speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders as well as normal aging. She also has worked extensively with individuals with progressive neurologic diseases such as Parkinson disease and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis who require augmentative/alternative communication support.
