Naureen Haroon, O.D., FAAO

Assistant Professor

Dr. Naureen Haroon graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She then earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Rosenberg School of Optometry. In addition to her optometric studies, Dr. Haroon completed a one year post-graduate residency in the area of Ocular Disease at The Ohio State University. During her time in Ohio, she was actively involved in the Realeyes program, a classroom education program created by the Ohio Optometric Association through a grant from the Ohio Department of Health Save Our Sight Fund. She is also a member of the American Optometric Association, Illinois Optometric Association, and the National Optometric Association. Her primary areas of interest are ocular disease and public health advocacy.
