Michael Lundquist, OD, FAAO, FSLS

Dr. Michael Lundquist is a primary care optometrist and specialty contact lens fitter. He grew up in Bountiful Utah; completed his undergraduate work at the University of Utah in Health Promotion and Chemistry, and was the recipient of the undergraduate research scholar award. Dr. Lundquist later graduated from Midwestern University Arizona College of Optometry and was awarded the American Optometric Foundation Award of Excellence in Contact Lens Patient Care. He subsequently completed a post-doctoral residency in Cornea, Contact Lens and Refractive Surgery at Southern College of Optometry and Eye Specialty Group in Memphis Tennessee. Dr. Lundquist is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a Fellow of the Scleral Lens Education Society.
Dr. Lundquist’s professional interests include the therapeutic effects of specialty contact lenses in all their varieties for corneal diseases including keratoconus and other ectasia, trauma and post-surgical corneal complications, dry eye and ocular surface disease. One of the most rewarding aspects of optometry for Dr. Lundquist is developing lifelong relationships with his patients through primary care and specialty contact lens services which improve their quality of life.
