Michael Kozlowski, OD, Ph.D, FAAO

Dr. Michael Kozlowski joined Midwestern University after working in drug discovery and development for over 20 years. He brings five years of experience as a biotechnology consultant at two major pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, where he held positions ranging from research scientist to chief executive officer (CEO).
Dr. Kozlowski received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the California Institute of Technology, his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Neuroscience from the University of California at Irvine, and his Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from the New England College of Optometry.
Dr. Kozlowski discovered or co-discovered 10 clinical candidates and is the inventor or co-inventor on a number of U.S. patents.
