Laura Wolford, M.S., CCCSLP, completed her Master of Science degree at Purdue University, conducting research in prosodic production in Parkinson’s disease. She is a licensed speech-language pathologist and teaches courses in swallowing disorders, voice and resonance disorders, motor speech disorders, and advanced practices in dysphagia.
Mrs. Wolford has practiced in a variety of medical settings, including Level I Trauma Centers and specialty hospitals. Her clinical expertise centers specifically on assessment and treatment of adults with complex medical cases, tracheostomy and ventilator dependence, and swallowing disorders.
