Cindy Hum, O.D., FAAO
Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor
An Arizona native, Dr. Cindy Hum attended Arizona State University where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences. Dr. Hum earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Midwestern University and her Family Practice residency at the MWU Eye Institute, where she joined the faculty as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor. Dr. Hum is also a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society.
During her Family Practice residency, Dr. Hum has completed advanced training and has clinical interests in the many different optometry specialties offered at MWU Eye Institute, including co-management in ophthalmology, ocular disease, dry eye, pediatrics, acquired brain injuries, and specialty contact lenses. As a student, Dr. Hum trained at Lawton Indian Health Hospital, Barnet Delaney Perkins Eye Center, the MWU Eye Institute, and Accent Eye Care.
