Caryn LaBuda, O.D., FAAO

Assistant Professor

Dr. Caryn LaBuda is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where she received a Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. LaBuda earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry, and received the valedictory award upon her graduation. She completed a residency in full scope primary care optometry at the Marion Veterans Affairs Hospital.

Dr. LaBuda is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry, and Board Certified by the American Board of Medical Optometry and by the National Board Examiners of Optometry. She is a member of the Illinois and American Optometric Association. Her primary areas of interest are ocular disease and primary care optometry.
