Midwestern University is following the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and requiring all patients over the age of 2 to wear a face covering when entering any of our clinic buildings. This includes our waiting area and clinical exam rooms where community based transmission is possible. Any patient who brings a driver or another individual to the appointment must abide by the same rules of wearing a face covering.
Thank you for helping us keep our community healthy!
What makes our clinic a unique experience? We offer fully-licensed physicians who are dedicated practitioners and teachers in six specialty areas, state-of-the art medical technology, caring support staff, highly skilled medical professionals, and a new facility with large examination rooms and gentle natural light.
Midwestern University Clinic combines the best aspects of a traditional clinic with the strength and advantages of a university affiliation. The MWU Clinic opened its doors to the public on May 21, 2007 with six specialty areas, lab services, and an EMT bay for the City of Glendale.
We have a new number for nurse triage at 623-537-6150. Please use the nurse triage line for the following only:
After-hour emergencies are handled by the physician on call. If you have an emergency please call the office and the answering service will locate the physician on call and he/she will return your call as soon as possible.
Please do not call the after-hours emergency service for prescriptions refills, appointment cancellations, routine questions, or issues that can wait until regular office hours.
If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency center.
